The choice is yours

When life throws you curve balls and the little brown pellets from above become large brown boulders, or you have a dark cloud hovering above you, and you are spiralling downwards out of control with your emotions, and find it extremely difficult to have positive thoughts about yourself or other things, there is an effective method you can do on your own to overcome these.
GRATITUDE – being in gratitude is one of the most rapid and effective ways to change your mood, your energy, and most significantly change your vibration.
If you have experienced any adverse situation or energy or a series of very unpleasant situations have transpired for example: health concerns and/or serious health issues, difficulties or problems in your career, or worse still the loss of your job, relationship(s) breakdown or worse separation or divorce, loss of a loved one or furry friends, family, friends or affiliates that have adversely impacted you and your life and lifestyle, betrayal situations, financial challenges and dilemmas including bankruptcy, loss of your home or residential premises, or other deeply negatively impactful circumstances, there is a method that will assist you.

If you are challenged to be grateful for anything on a personal level, then switch your thoughts to the broader perspective of life. For example, you can say, I am grateful for electricity that provides lighting, refrigerators to function, air conditioning to cool the area, heating to provide comfort from the cold, roads that allow transport, and different forms of transport i.e. petrol cars, electric cars, motorbikes, bikes in general, trains, buses, trams, airplanes, ships, cruise liners, ferries and more.
Following expressing your gratitude, meditate for a minimum of 5 -10 minutes (a longer duration if possible), stilling your mind. Being in gratitude and meditation is a wonderful and positive way to start your day.
By being appreciative and grateful, you will attract more from the universe to be grateful for. This is universal law! LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE! Also known as The Law of Attraction.
