Night Clearing

The 10 minutes before going to sleep at night (or during the day for people who do night shift work) is a valuable time. What you do in that time will be effective to what is going to transpire in your consciousness throughout the night. The experiences one has had throughout the day, whether it be pleasant or unpleasant will marinate in one’s consciousness.
If you want to have a more peaceful sleep a great routine that is beneficial is to let go of and release any emotions one experienced that day that caused friction, conflict, emotional turmoil, or any negative emotions. When you release the emotions from your consciousness you will have a more peaceful night than if you hold onto the emotions.
The following night clearing is beneficial. Recite the words before you go to sleep.
All energy that I have experienced today, which is not loving, kind, understanding, empathetic, and generous, I consciously clear and uncreate it.
I consciously transmute all low vibrational energy from within my being and in my auric field, into the frequency of love.
Tonight (or now before I go to sleep), I desire to have a peaceful and restful sleep and awaken in the morning feeling refreshed and invigorated.
